New to yoga? There are several ways to get started...
- You can always drop into any class and get a feel for it, the
atmosphere is very friendly and supportive.
- Other people prefer to take things at a slower pace initially and take
a few private one-on-one sessions before going to a public class.
- We also offer a "yoga-starter" 4-class series that teaches yoga
fundamentals so people feel more comfortable taking other yoga
classes. For dates that the next series is offered, visit our event page.
